Our client is a well known, international eVTOL Startup.

LOCATION: Working on-site is required (1-2 days per week home office possible)
DURATION: 6 Months (extension possible)

Your role and you team:

You will be a member of a team responsible for developing processes and digital technological solutions to enable top-tier production operations at Lilium. Key tasks of that team are refining business processes to match production needs and managing our digital planning & scheduling solution, including enhancements and maintenance.

Your day to day:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to discern crucial operational requirements, devising processes, and spearheading the advancement of our ERP system (including APS integration).
  • Converting functional business requirements into technical design specifications.
  • Taking charge of and guiding projects from the conceptual stage to the go-live phase.
  • Orchestrating development endeavours involving both internal and external resources, aimed at either creating new or enhancing existing tools.
  • Operating within a Scrum framework to achieve project goals.

Your profile:

  • Experience working in APS systems (ideally in prototyping environment)
  • Experience with ERP implementation or upgrade processes
  • Knowledge of Infor LN highly appreciated
  • Process knowledge within production, logistics and supply chain  (ideally in Aerospace environment)
  • Knowledge of workflow management, troubleshooting & issue management
  • IT project management experiences
  • Experience with functionality testing
  • Familiarity with scrum methodologies
  • Knowledge of aviation standards is a plus
  • Excellent collaboration skills (incl. stakeholder management)
  • Excellent presentation and analytical skills  skills
  • Fluent english language skills
