Responsibilities
- Execute all Homologation related work within the corporations business, technical and Industrial areas of vehicle programs.
- Have a strong teamwork and cooperative work ethic within company and other associated partners.
- Be the representative of Homologation within the overall team, convincing with actions and guidelines relative to all aspects of planning, preparation and execution.
- Act from the Homologation perspective together with colleagues in the Technical/Industrial areas to secure all related activities.
- Support risk management together with the team for planning and performing within Milestone Management (NPDS and associated processes).
Requirements
- At least 5 years of working experience within Homologation Engineering areas within the Automotive Industry.
- Have expert knowledge in Homologation requirements for Europe and North American markets.
- Significant relationship building experience.
- Must be open minded, solution driven, with the appropriate motivational capability to lead the organization in all aspects of Homologation.
- Good communicator with an open and structured mind.
- Fluent in English.
- High level of engagement to solve issues and help others.
- Have a positive attitude, be resolute and have a high drive for results.
- Flexible regarding business travel (Nationally and internationally) as required.
