We're searching for an experienced Digital Modeller to work at our client in the Rhein-Main area. On good perfromance there's the option for a permanent position.
Design inspired by you - Your tasks
- Being part of a team that is responsible for research, design, engineering, and production development of automotive design accessories
- Working closely work together with exterior/interior designers and engineers to create new accessory designs for the European Market that enhance the car designs and supports user’s customization/personalization needs
- Creating 3D sketch models and renderings
- Developing 3D models until production ready surfaces, when required
- Controlling and following up actual production
- Contractor position with permanent option
Passion meets power - Your profile
- Relevant experience in the automotive design field
- bachelor’s degree preferably in digital design or similar
- Very good knowledge of automotive industry including current trends
- Proven ability in the entirety of the design development process, i.e. develop products with many constraints (style, ergonomic, material, safety, cost)
- Good projects and self-management skills
- 3D modelling and visualization software experience, mastering Alias and highly proficient in Polygon Modelling software (Blender, Alias Sub D)
- Sufficiently skilled in visualization software (VRED, Unreal, Blender)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Fluent English skills (our business language), other languages are a plus
- Driver’s license is beneficial
