The job is partially remote/hybrid, but within the region of Munich.
Your tasks:
- active sourcing / direct search for skilled design-talents
- manage and evaluate applicants
- conversation with our clients and manage the requirements
- plan, coordinate and guide candidate interviews
Your qualification:
- several years experience in recruitment, headhunting and active sourcing
- good network and insights into the car design industry
- fluent in English; in addition German or Chinese beneficial
- highly organised work-style
- self-contained mindset
- precise and open minded
