Our client is a well known, international OEM. The position is temporarily in Labour Leasing (ANÜ) for at least 6 months with a positive outlook on a permanent position directly at the OEM, based on the candidate's quality and performance.

Responsibilities 

  •          Plan, Coordinate and communicate all UX/HMI activities for the UX/HMI group to ensure that projects and tasks are delivered on time and to a high quality.
  •           Be the go to person for the plan, at any point in time be able to explain the current and planned status of all work activities of the UX/HMI group 
  •           Work with adjacent teams to ensure that cross-functional activities are timed planned and delivered on time and to a high quality
  •           Support the team with escalations and cross-functional alignments
  •           Coordinate with suppliers for the successful delivery of required activities on time and to a high quality
  •           Communicate with business wide HMI stakeholders to improve internal and external coordination of UX tasks and establish a smooth working relation with partners
  •           Align and support the work prioritization within the UX team and management
  •           Support the product owner and function development team to achieve customer satisfaction
  •           Report to all level of the program team and business, representing the UX/HMI group in progress & management reviews, and support the definition of quarterly targets
  •           Negotiate and define the quarterly HMI/UX targets and ensure that the resources are in place to achieve commitments
  •           Support and steer quality improvements regarding the toolchain, UX deliveries, and process development and improvements.
  • Establish and steer modern ways of project management, e.g. using Jira and agile approaches

 Requirements

  •           At least 5 years of working experience in automotive Project Management and Coordination 
  •           Experience with HMI/UX development or comparable function
  •           Excellent communicator with a solution driven and structured mindset
  •           Ability to analyse and think quickly and to resolve conflict
  •           Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
  •           Ability to adapt to a changing environment
  •           Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction
  •           Fluent in Englis; Chinese beneficial 
  •           Positive attitude, resolute and highly skilled to drive for results
  •       Flexible regarding international travels if needed
